What can eating yogurt do for sufferers of yeast infection so that they can reduce the pain and debilitation of their medical condition? The answer to this question is not obvious. Cow's milk often contains many antibiotics because these were injected into the cows in order to boost their milk production. Not only this, but cow's milk products are not as easy to digest because they were originally for calves and not for human organisms. Organic yogurt which is free from added sugar can alleviate candidiasis symptoms, although excessive intake of such dairy products may have a negative effect on your medical condition. The reason for this is the heavy mucus that such milk products encourage along with allergies and the stimulation of Candida overgrowth.

Candidiasis is a complicated affair and the result of many different factors. So yogurts or any other foodstuffs are not in themselves the complete treatment for this problem. You should consider these in the light of a food plan that is the first step to a full, holistic solution.
